POLDO RistoSoft is the ever-current solution for the IT automation of catering venues. It combines great experience in the use of electronic ordering with a practical and functional use of the available technology.

Server

It is the heart of POLDO RistoSoft and allows you to have a complete overview of all the rooms and control the management of the venue. From the central station, you have the table situation through a very pleasant graphical representation that faithfully reproduces the entire room as seen from above. In addition to fully performing the functions of the handheld device, you can immediately generate pre-bills, receipts, invoices, with split payments and personalized discounts on the spot.

Specific sections allow you to easily manage takeout and home delivery.

The application contains a complete and automated warehouse management, as well as the ability to generate sales statistics on all indices, from the number of bills prepared to the number of covers served per single table and waiter, from the best-selling dish to the quantities used of each ingredient.

Possibility to install multiple server stations for bill generation at several points in the venue or for taking orders from fixed stations instead of mobile handhelds.


Mobile handhelds

The mobile devices are managed by the staff assigned to the dining room, who can thus stay more among the tables, available to customers, without having to go to the kitchen continuously.

The POLDO pocket app, easy and immediate to use, allows the waiter to act on every ordered dish, changing ingredients or adding free messages for the kitchen, reporting exactly and clearly in electronic format the complete order made by the customer.

Compatible with the maggior paroute of ANDROID mobile devices on the market, both smartphones and tablets with armv7 processor, and devices with iOS from the APPLE brand, such as iPhone, iPod Touch, iPAD, iPAD mini.


Kitchen display and order printers

The peculiarity of the POLDO RistoSoft system is the possibility to operate in production stations by viewing on monitors or tablets the orders placed in the dining room, all in order of acquisition priority, having an indication of the customer's waiting time at the table and real-time information on the total number of dishes of the same type to allow the chef to better organize the preparation of dishes and further speed up the service.

Alternatively, it is still possible to install common thermal printers while keeping the classic paper order. The print models, the arrangement of information, and the font size are fully customizable for each workstation. Possibility to have the crossing of dishes from multiple production stations and thus synchronize the serving of dishes.
